To begin the adoption process for a puppy from Mesquite Creek Kennels please fill out and submit this form. We will contact upon receiving your completed form to collect your deposit if we fill you would be a good fit. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance for your puppy must be paid by the time your puppy is 8 weeks old, unless other arrangements have been made with MCK. We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle. PayPal, Cash App, and Cash.
