Our Presa Canario puppies are $3,500 and are placed primarily as Pet Home Only. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. Pet-home puppies are placed under a spay/neuter agreement. Once we receive documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the required spay or neuter has been completed in accordance with our contract, the puppy's UKC registration paperwork will be released and mailed to the owner. Full registration and breeding rights are $4,500 and are offered only to approved, established breeding programs that meet Mesquite Creek Kennels' standards. For select approved clients, we may also allow breeding rights to be added at a later date. This option must be approved by Mesquite Creek Kennels and completed before the dog reaches one year of age. The additional cost to upgrade from Pet Home Only to full breeding rights is $1,000. The purchase of a puppy does not automatically guarantee eligibility for breeding rights. Mesquite Creek Kennels reserves the right to approve or decline breeding rights at our discretion and in the best interest of our dogs and breeding program.

Our Miniature Dachshund puppies are $2,500 and are placed primarily as Pet Home Only. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. Registration paperwork will be released following receipt of documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the required spay or neuter has been completed in accordance with our contract. Breeding rights are not routinely offered and will only be considered for approved, established breeding programs that meet Mesquite Creek Kennels' standards for responsible breeding, health testing, and care. Approval for breeding rights is made on an individual basis and is never guaranteed solely through the purchase of a puppy.

Mesquite Creek Kennels requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a position on the waitlist for an upcoming litter. Deposits are not accepted until pregnancy has been confirmed. To ensure we do not overbook a litter before puppies are born, we accept a maximum of four deposits per litter. Placement and puppy selection remain subject to the puppies produced and the preferences discussed at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A change in personal circumstances, change of mind, or decision not to move forward does not qualify the deposit for a refund or transfer to another litter. The only exception is when the reserved litter does not produce a puppy matching the buyer's agreed-upon preference. In that circumstance, the buyer will be given the option to transfer their deposit to an available future litter. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee that a specific color, sex, coat type, or other preferred characteristic will be produced. We strongly encourage families to discuss their preferences with us before placing a deposit.
