Affordable Without Compromising Safety

Our shared transport option is the most popular choice for families and breeders looking for a safe and affordable way to transport their pet.

Many people hear the word "shared" and assume pets ride together.

That couldn't be further from the truth.

Shared transport simply means that multiple pets are traveling on the same route.

Every pet is transported in their own USDA-approved crate that is cleaned thoroughly in between each use, and never comes into contact with another animal.

The level of care, cleanliness, and attention your pet receives is exactly the same as our V.I.P service.

V.I.P (Private) Transport

A Personalized Travel Experience

Our VIP Transport service is designed for clients who prefer a completely private transport experience for their per. Whether you're transporting a very young puppy, a breeding dog, a senior companion, or simply want the added peace of mind that comes with one-on-one care, our VIP service offers a personalized journey from pick up to delivery.

With VIP Transport, your pet is the only client pet traveling in our vehicle. This allows us to build the trip around your pet's schedule rather than coordinating multiple pickups and deliveries. In many cases, this results in a more direct route, fewer stops, and a quicker arrival at your pet's destination. This option is ideal for clients requesting a specific date for delivery.

Biosecurity Standards

One of the biggest priorities during transport is preventing unnecessary exposure to illness, especially for young puppies whose immune systems are still developing.

Because of this, we follow strict biosecurity protocols on every single trip.

Every pet travels in their own crate and NEVER comes into contact with another pet.
Crates are cleaned thoroughly and disinfected in-between use.
Fresh paper/pine pellets are placed inside every crate before placing your baby inside.
Food & Water bowls are cleaned and disinfected between pets.
Puppies NEVER touch the ground during transport.

These procedures help reduce exposure to viruses, bacteria, and parasites while helping every pet arrive healthy, clean, and comfortable.

Why Pine/Paper Pellets?

Instead of traditional puppy pads, we use pine or paper pellets inside our travel crates. Puppies would much rather play with their puppy pads than use them to potty which results in puppies getting soiled in their urine and feces, so therefore we use pellets to help ensure safe and clean delivery.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

Every crate is very carefully cleaned and prepped prior to another pet being transported. We use bleach and Kennelsol (cleaner used within the vet field) to fully clean and disinfect the crates in-between use. We remove all bedding, spray the entire crate with bleach cleaner, wipe it out and allow it to dry, we then spray with kennelsol and allow it to sit for 10 minutes prior to wiping it clean. We repeat this same procedure with food and water bowls. We then add fresh pine or paper pellets inside the crate as it is now ready for its next passenger.

COMMUNICATION

We know one of the hardest parts of transport is waiting. That's why we work hard to keep you informed throughout your pet's journey. We create a group text a few days prior to the beginning of our route which includes all transport details (date and times for pick-up & delivery and what to expect during transport). We send photos at pick up, each morning & evening, and at delivery. If we have extra time we are more than happy to send additional photos. We provide consistent travel updates in the event of delays or if we may be running early.
