Basic Obedience
ON-LEASH

Basic Obedience Training consist on a 3-4 Week Board & Train in -our home. Material that will be covered include: Sit, Stay, Heel. Here (come), Long-Down Stay, & Leave It. Dogs and Owners will receive training based on the dog's age and maturity. It is best to start puppies with basic obedience at 4 months of age. Please remember that socialization is a crucial need to all dogs but is super important to begin at a young age starting with the first few months of your puppies life. A well socialized puppy leads to a well rounded and stable temperament through-out your dogs life. Lack of socialization can lead to a fearful, aggressive, and even an out of control dog.

Advance Basic Obidence
OFF-LEASH

Advance Basic Obedience training is the next step in your dog's training. Advance Basic Obedience focuses on all basic commands including Sit, Stay, Heel (come), Leave-it, & Long Down Stay OFF Leash. Advance Basic Obedience is an additional 4-8 weeks after your furry friend has successfully completed Basic Obedience ON-Leash training.

(If your dog has been trained in the past and you wish to jump straight to Off-leash training - an evaluation to see where your dog is at in his/her training is required prior to commitment)

Basic Obedience ON-Leash

$1500 (3-4Week Course) & $800 per additional dog

Advance Basic Obedience Off-Leash

$800 (per Dog w/ completion of Basic Obedience ON-Leash Training)

Add Ons:

Crate Training - $300
Potty Training - $400
Behavior Modification - $1000

Requirements

Puppies must be atleast 4 months of age and FULLY vaccinated (3 distemper/parvo vaccines & Rabies!
Adults must be current on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo, & Bordetella Vaccinations
ALL PETS MUST BE CURRENT ON FLEA/TICK PREVENTION!
All clients are required to complete training contract!

Training with Mesquite Creek Kennels is a one of kind experience. Our family works together to help your family and furry friends. Tasha Alexander is our certified basic obedience trainer. Tasha holds 13 years experience as a certified trainer specializing in Basic Obedience & some behavior modification. However, it goes back further than that Tasha has been working with and handling dogs for 25 years. Tasha has also been breeding dogs for 20 years. She is highly intelligent and puts passion into each dog she trains. DID I MENTION - She is also family!
